Job Description

We are looking to hire a candidate with strong communication skills, good English, neat presentation and a charming personality as marketing and sales executive at our wedding and events venue and resort in Bangalore.

Qualification - Graduation

Work Experience - 2 to 3 years

Age group - 25 years to 35 years

Fluency in languages - English, Kannada and Hindi

Food, accommodation and incentives can be provided

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve bookings for weddings, celebrations and corporate events Give property tour, give sales pitch, understand client requirement and discuss pricing Identify and target potential customers and generate leads Follow up visits, resolve client queries, follow up bookings Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate and close deals with clients, event planners and corporate companies Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints. Take timely feedback Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement Tele calling, sending promotional mails Take active part in social media and digital marketing
