About the Role

Zoet Dessert is looking for an experienced and dynamic

Marketing & Sales Executive

with a strong background in the

coffee beans and bakery sector

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and strengthening brand presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Zoet Dessert products across retail, institutional, and cafe clients. Identify new business opportunities in the

dessert, bakery, cafes, and coffee

market segments. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, distributors, and partners.. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends. Coordinate product promotions, sampling activities, and brand activations. Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns for dessert and coffee-based products. Maintain records of sales performance, market visits, and customer feedback. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review. Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing product knowledge and timely support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of sales and marketing experience

in the

coffee beans and bakery industry

. Strong understanding of coffee products, dessert trends, and bakery operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong market intelligence and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in launching new products or expanding into new markets. Existing client network in cafes, bakeries, hotels, or restaurant chains. Knowledge of digital marketing and promotional strategies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
