We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at

M/s. Tradesure Tech Private Limited.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling cars to customers, building relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet and greet customers:

Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide them with information about our vehicles.

2. Product knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the features, benefits, and specifications of our vehicles.

3. Sales and negotiation:

Negotiate prices, discuss financing options, and close sales deals.

4. Customer relationship building:

Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

5. Sales targets:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

6. Market knowledge:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

7. Reporting and documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

Atleast 2 Year of Prior experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. And if you are fresher, then minimum graduation should be completed or final year of graduation is going on.

2. Communication skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Product knowledge:

Basic knowledge of cars and their features.

4. Sales skills:

Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals.

5. Customer focus:

Strong customer-centric approach and ability to build relationships.
