Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through different sales and marketing channels
Identify and approach potential clients (B2B/B2C)
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn sales
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Coordinate with the technical team for proposals and demos
Maintain client database and follow up regularly
Achieve monthly sales and lead targets
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in lead generation and client handling
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools
Self-motivated with a growth mindset
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Experience in IT services / software sales
Knowledge of online platforms like LinkedIn, Freelancer, Upwork
Local market knowledge
Salary:
Fixed + Incentives (based on performance)

Immediate / 15 days preferred
