2. Marketing Activities
Assist in creating marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing activities.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Support brand-building initiatives and online/offline marketing content.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Handle customer queries, provide timely solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer database (CRM), update sales activities, and prepare reports.
Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback calls with clients.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS updates.
Draft quotations, proposals, and agreements as required.
Report competitor activities and market insights to management.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM software.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of experience in RMC/concrete/cement/tile/hardware or construction material sales preferred.
Technical knowledge of concrete is an added advantage.
