Sales Support & Coordination

Track sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely response to customers. Coordinate with customers, distributors, and channel partners to address queries and share required information. Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, pricing sheets, and technical documents. Maintain and update CRM or sales tracking systems with accurate customer details, follow-up history, and order status. Support documentation for tenders, government bids, empanelments, and vendor registrations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports including sales pipeline, pending orders, dispatch status, and revenue forecasts. Maintain updated sales databases, product sheets, approvals, certifications, and tender documents. Assist in planning and executing sales events, exhibitions, dealer meets, and customer visits
