Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate will coordinate between the sales, marketing, design, and accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing, client communication, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
Prepare and maintain sales quotations, proposals, and order-related documents.
Follow up with clients for inquiries, quotations, and payments.
Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and client information.
Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Accounts, Production, etc.) to ensure timely project execution.
Track sales targets, prepare reports, and assist in preparing sales presentations.
Handle client correspondence and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in preparing tender documents and follow-ups when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the PEB / Construction / Engineering industry will be an advantage.
Salary Range:
?2.4 LPA - ?4.5 LPA (Based on experience and skills)
