Coordinate with sales executives, distributors for order processing and product availability.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports for orthotic products (braces, supports, splints, rehabilitation aids, etc.).
Maintain records of sales leads, customer interactions, and product demonstrations.
Follow up with clients (doctors, hospitals, dealers, and patients) regarding inquiries, quotations, and deliveries.
Ensure timely dispatch of products and resolve logistical issues in coordination with the supply chain team.
Assist the sales team in organizing medical camps, workshops, and product demos for healthcare professionals.
Handle customer queries regarding orthotics products, usage, and availability.
Track monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and support management with data-driven insights.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of orthopedic and rehabilitation products.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work with sales teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
Attention to detail in order management and reporting.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in Science/Commerce/Business Administration (B.Sc / BBA / B.Com preferred).
Background in medical sales, orthopedics, or healthcare industry is an advantage.
2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service.
