with 3-4 years of relevant experience to support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing customer documentation, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support day-to-day sales operations and activities
Prepare and manage sales quotations, proposals, invoices, and agreements
Track sales orders from confirmation to dispatch and delivery
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and MIS on a regular basis
Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, logistics, and accounts
Follow up with customers for order confirmations, payments, and documentation
Assist in preparing sales forecasts, targets, and performance reports
Ensure timely communication of product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with the sales team
Support sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Skills & Competencies
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good knowledge of sales processes and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferably should have Chemical Background or knowledge
