Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage the sales pipeline, organize lead assignments, and support the sales team's activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems, be organized, and excel at coordinating efforts between lead sources and sales team members to ensure optimal results. Key

Responsibilities:



1. Lead Management:

Manage incoming leads from various sources and ensure they are accurately captured in the CRM system. Qualify leads and assign them to appropriate sales team members for further action.

. CRM Administration: Maintain and update the CRM database with all relevant lead and sales information. Ensure the CRM system is utilized effectively to track all stages of the sales pipeline.

3. Follow-Ups:

Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement and support the sales team's efforts. Monitor lead progress through the pipeline and ensure no leads are missed or delayed.

4. Sales Pipeline Management:

Maintain a clear view of the sales pipeline, including each stage of lead progress. Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on pipeline status and anticipated sales.

5. Coordination of Sales Meetings:

Arrange meetings between leads and sales team members as needed to support closing deals. Organize and schedule weekly review meetings for the sales team, prepare agendas and track action items.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

Generate reports on lead activity, sales pipeline, and conversion rates to provide insights to the team. Identify potential improvements in the sales process and suggest recommendations to optimize efficiency.

7. Exhibition Coordination:

Organize and support the team's participation in exhibitions, handling logistics and lead tracking.

Requirements

:
Proven experience in a similar sales support or coordination role.
Proficiency in CRM software (experience with [specify CRM if required] preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking

skills.


Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
