Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will work during the night shift to cater to clients in the USA and Canada, focusing on promoting and selling our premium Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals, including Ayurvedic practitioners, herbalists, and naturopaths.

Work Hours:

8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Location:

Remote (Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in the USA and Canada, such as Ayurvedic doctors, herbalists, and naturopaths. Present and propose our product offerings and business model to prospective clients. Follow up on leads, close sales, and build long-term client relationships. Support marketing campaigns and collect feedback to improve our messaging and outreach. Conduct market research to discover trends and expand our client base. Provide daily and weekly sales and client activity reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, marketing and customer relationship management (experience in the Ayurveda or wellness industry is a plus).

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. USA/Canada client calling experience is an added advantage.

Note:

Candidates must be comfortable working during night hours (IST) to cater to the USA and Canada markets. Comfortable with remote work; must have a quiet home workspace, laptop, and stable internet. Ready for rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
