We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Marketing and Sales Associate

to support our business development and marketing efforts. In this dual-role position, you will assist in creating marketing campaigns, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales through direct and digital channels. The ideal candidate is creative, target-driven, and passionate about customer engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads through outreach, calls, emails, or events. Present products or services to prospective customers and communicate value propositions. Follow up with leads and existing clients to generate repeat business and upselling opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software. Support the sales team in meeting monthly targets and KPIs.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline). Create and schedule content for social media, email marketing, and other channels. Support the creation of promotional materials, brochures, and presentations. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
