Responsibilities:
Support sales and marketing team in daily activities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, invoices, and sales documents
Maintain customer database and sales records
Coordinate with internal departments
Perform general back-office and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Minimum
1 year experience
in sales support / back-office / administrative role
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
