Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Retention Executive who can drive revenue through targeted outreach and affiliate-based partnerships. This role is a combination of sales, client acquisition, and affiliate marketing, with a focus on building strong relationships within the wellness ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source potential clients from the wellness domain such as fitness coaches, nutritionists, dieticians, medical practitioners, gym trainers, gym owners, and other wellness professionals.
Reach out, coordinate, and pitch Ace Blend's products and partnership model.
Explain product benefits, usage, and brand value effectively.
Onboard interested clients and assign them unique promo codes for affiliate commissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure conversions and long-term engagement.
Track client performance, promo code usage, and sales contribution.
Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and product promotions.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Sales, Affiliate Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfort in reaching out to potential partners through calls, messages, and social platforms.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
