Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to convert potential inquiries into confirmed reservations.
Analyze guest engagement data, optimize messaging, and apply best-performing channels to improve conversion rates. Reservation Management & Upselling
Handle all inbound booking inquiries via phone, email, or digital platforms. Maintain accuracy and timeliness in the reservation system.
Use upselling techniques--such as room upgrades or packages--to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue. Daily Coordination with Centralized Marketing Team
Daily collaboration with the central marketing team to align property-level campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
Liaise on promotional calendars, campaign execution, and ROI measurement.
