About the Role

The Marketing & PR Officer will be instrumental in developing and executing integrated marketing and public relations strategies. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, managing our relationship with the media, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Media Management:

Develop and implement proactive PR strategies and campaigns to boost brand awareness and reputation. Write, edit, and distribute engaging

press releases, articles, speeches, and media kits.

Cultivate strong, positive relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Monitor media coverage, analyze sentiment, and report on the effectiveness of PR efforts. Act as a secondary

company spokesperson

and manage crisis communication when necessary.

Marketing & Content:

Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with overall marketing goals and product launches. Manage and update content for the company

website, social media channels, and internal communications.

Organize and coordinate

promotional events, press conferences, exhibitions, and product launches.

Assist in the creation of high-quality marketing materials, brochures, and digital content.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum years of proven experience in a Marketing, PR, or Communications role.

Communication:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an impeccable eye for detail and grammar.

Skills:

Proficiency in managing social media platforms, familiarity with PR software/tools, and basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO/content strategy).
