Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the organization's services, products, or events.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, email, content, ads).
Collaborate with the design/content team to create brochures, posters, videos, and other promotional material.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Organize events, workshops, and promotional activities to increase visibility.
Track and report campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, lead generation).
Public Relations (PR):
Draft press releases, media kits, and public statements.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and stakeholders.
Handle PR crises and maintain a positive public image of the organization.
Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media coverage for events.
Develop storytelling campaigns to highlight success stories, achievements, and initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, PR, or communications (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity with an eye for design and detail.
Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and PR techniques.
Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
