Role: Operations Intern (6 Months Internship)

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to own and streamline the

operations of the Jari program

. Beyond managing day-to-day tasks, you will be at the heart of shaping processes, driving learner experience, and contributing directly to the success of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end program operations

including onboarding, scheduling, communication, and placements. Design and improve processes for smooth program delivery. Track learner progress, performance, and ensure a great learning experience. Coordinate with mentors, industry partners, and placement teams. Contribute to building

scalable systems

for future program batches. Take ownership of special projects related to growth and learner success.

What You'll Gain:

Qualifications:

Final-year student or recent graduate. Strong English communication skills (written & spoken). Organised, proactive, and excited to solve problems. Comfortable working with digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.).
