Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Marketing and Operations Intern, you will support the daily functions of the marketing and operations teams while gaining practical industry experience. You will play a key role in assisting with the execution of marketing strategies and operational workflows for our programs and events.
Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content for social media platforms.
Support email marketing campaigns, and promotional communications with day-to-day follow-ups.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Assist with branding and promotional initiatives for new course launches and event
Assist in managing student registrations, inquiries, and onboarding.
Maintain and organize operational records, attendance, and reports.
Support quality control processes and feedback collection for continuous improvement.
Help ensure smooth day-to-day administration of the academy's programs.
Qualifications & Skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Event Management, Communications, or related field.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of social media platforms.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
