Job Description

IntraIntel.AI is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Lead Generation & Sales Representative to drive growth of our AI-powered SaaS solutions within India and across international markets. You'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing high-value opportunities, especially within government and healthcare sectors, and converting them into revenue. You will collaborate closely with leadership, product, and marketing teams to shape our go-to-market strategy, build a robust sales pipeline, and expand awareness of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct deep market analysis focused on Indian government procurement processes and healthcare domains. Build a thorough understanding of tendering mechanisms, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends to inform outreach strategies. Qualified Lead Generation: Identify and nurture prospects across Delhi NCR and broader India, focusing on government bodies, public sector enterprises, hospitals, clinical research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, and financial institutions. Outreach & Engagement: Develop targeted outreach plans (e.g., email campaigns, tele-outreach, events, webinars) to generate sales-qualified leads. Build trust-based relationships and act as the first point of contact for potential customers. CRM & Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads, update activities, measure conversion rates, and manage the entire sales pipeline from lead capture through closure.
Sales Strategy & Execution

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Work with cross-functional teams to define clear regional GTM approaches, including buyer personas, messaging, segmentation, and channel strategy. Align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns to maximize conversion. Presentations & Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling product demos, presentations, and proofs of concept tailored to the healthcare and government sectors. Explain complex AI concepts, agentic AI capabilities, and value propositions in clear, business-focused language. Revenue & KPI Ownership: Set clear targets for lead volume, conversion rates, and revenue contribution. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals. Provide regular reporting and forecasting to management. Proposal & Tender Management: Respond to RFIs/RFPs, coordinate with technical and leadership teams for solution design, and maintain compliance with government tender requirements.
Cross-Team Collaboration

Coordination with Marketing: Partner closely with marketing managers to align campaigns, plan events, and generate marketing collateral that resonates with government and healthcare sectors. Product Feedback & Customer Insights: Capture market feedback and relay it to product managers and leadership teams to refine product features, pricing, and roadmap decisions. Customer Success Transition: Ensure a smooth handover to customer success and technical teams post-sales. Support adoption and retention initiatives by sharing customer insights with internal stakeholders.
Market Development & Brand Building

Thought Leadership: Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and networking events (online and in person) to position IntraIntel.AI as a leader in AI-powered healthcare and government solutions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers in government organizations, public-sector units, hospitals, and enterprises to accelerate lead generation efforts. Advocacy & Influence: Promote the importance of unified AI platforms that reduce tool sprawl, illustrating the benefits of agentic AI and how IntraIntel.AI supports streamlined workflows and better data use.
Required Qualifications

Experience & Domain Expertise: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and at least 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology. Experience with Indian government projects or public-sector sales, and deep familiarity with government procurement, documentation, and compliance processes. Knowledge of healthcare IT, med-tech, clinical trials, or related regulated domains is a strong advantage. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation, relationship development, and closing deals, especially within the public sector and healthcare environment. Strategic & Tactical Skillset: Ability to balance high-level GTM strategy with hands-on lead generation execution. Comfortable interacting with C-level executives, procurement officers, and key stakeholders. Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency preferred). Confident presenter who can explain complex technical concepts in simple, business-friendly terms. Technological Fluency: Understanding of AI platforms, SaaS models, and enterprise software sales cycles. Ability to articulate the benefits of unified agentic AI solutions. CRM & Reporting Tools: Proficiency with CRM platforms, lead generation tools, and data analysis for pipeline management and reporting. Travel & Location: Based in Delhi NCR with willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and conferences across India (and occasionally to US or other locations as needed).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of qualified leads generated per month/quarter and conversion to pipeline. Pipeline health (size, coverage, and forecast accuracy). Number of successful meetings, demos, proposals, and closures, especially within government and healthcare sectors. Sales revenue contribution and achievement of quarterly targets. Timeliness and quality of market reports, tender submissions, and RFP responses. Effectiveness in cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder communication.
