We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources department.
This internship provides practical exposure to various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the HR team.
Help with onboarding formalities and employee documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and other HR data.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations.
Skills & Qualities Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, BBA, or a related field.
Freshers and final-year students can apply.
Prior internship or project experience (if any) is an advantage.
