Job Description

As an Marketing & HR Intern, you will gain practical experience in various aspects of human resources functions, supporting the HR team in day-to-day activities and projects. This internship offers exposure to recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment Support:



Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate logistics for recruitment events and job fairs. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.

Employee Relations:



Support HR team in handling employee relations matters. Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions. Participate in the development of employee engagement initiatives.

Training and Development:



Assist in organizing training programs and workshops. Maintain training records and track employee development plans. Support the onboarding process for new hires.

HR Administration:



Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records. Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters and contracts. Help with the administration of benefits and leave programs.

Compliance and Policies:



Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to. Assist in conducting compliance audits. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.

General Administrative Support:



Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Handle phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Assist in organizing HR-related events and meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:



Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.

Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
