Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction processes
Assist in payroll and attendance management
Help in organizing training sessions and workshops
Support HR policies documentation and compliance
Assist in employee engagement and HR activities
Requirements:
Graduate or pursuing degree in
HR, MBA, BBA, or related field
Basic understanding of HR processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Willingness to learn and adapt
