Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives and events.
Maintain and update HR databases and records.
Marketing (HR-focused):
Support employer branding efforts on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Create content for internal newsletters and external communication.
Help design and execute campaigns to promote company culture and attract top talent.
Assist in organizing career fairs, webinars, and other outreach activities.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and enthusiasm for employer branding and employee engagement.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
