Role Overview

The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations and gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and wellness-oriented workplace practices. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, learning, business outreach and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates Coordinate interviews and follow-ups Support onboarding documentation and induction processes

HR Operations

Maintain employee records and HR databases Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll support Help in drafting HR communications, notices, and emails

Employee Engagement & Wellness

Support planning and coordination of employee engagement activities Assist in organizing wellness sessions, yoga programs, and internal events Help collect employee feedback and engagement data

Policy & Documentation

Support preparation and updating of HR policies and SOPs Assist in maintaining compliance-related documents
Eligibility & Skills

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace Organized, proactive, and willing to learn Interest in wellness, yoga, or holistic health is a plus
