We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
HR Recruiter
to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle -- from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates to onboarding the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate further rounds.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Schedule and follow up on interview feedback promptly.
Maintain candidate data and track hiring status in HR systems.
Assist with onboarding formalities and joining documentation.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives when required.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Positive attitude, strong follow-up, and result-driven mindset.
