Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR & Marketing Executive (Fresher/Junior level) to support our growing team in Gandhinagar. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure in HR operations, recruitment, employer branding, and basic marketing activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job posting, resume screening, interview coordination). Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview schedules. Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners. Maintain HR records, employee data, and documentation. Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and basic compliance tasks. Support employee engagement activities and internal communications. Handle day-to-day HR operational queries.
Marketing Responsibilities

Assist in creating and posting content on LinkedIn, job portals, and company platforms. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Coordinate with the design/content team for basic marketing collaterals. Help promote job openings, internship programs, and company events. Maintain marketing data, leads, and basic reporting. Support digital marketing activities like email campaigns and social media engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications

MBA / PGDM / Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, or related field (pursuing or completed). 0-1 year of experience or freshers with strong interest in HR & Marketing. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and social media platforms. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and multitasking ability. Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
