Key Responsibilities Marketing
Aid in planning and executing marketing campaigns (social media, email, events)
Assist with creating and scheduling content (blogs, posts, graphics, short?form videos)
Track and report engagement metrics and consumer feedback
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
HR

Draft and post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
Update & maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding activities, new hire documentation, and orientation
Assist with payroll data, benefits queries, and HR admin
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's in Marketing, HR, Business, Communications, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Familiarity with MS Office; experience with social media tools, basic graphics (e.g., Canva), or analytics is a plus
Preferred Skills
Previous internship or coursework in marketing/HR
Creative mindset with proactive initiative
Experience with HRIS/ATS systems basic design tools AI
