Experience:
Proven experience of
3-5 years
in government relations, advocacy, public policy, or a similar public-facing marketing/PR role, preferably within the Indian context. Prior experience interacting with UPSC and MPSC officials is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Government Relations & Liaison:
Build and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with government officials, policymakers, and relevant departments at state and central levels.
Monitor and analyze legislative proposals, regulatory activities, and policy changes that could impact the organization, providing strategic advice to senior management.
Facilitate meetings, discussions, and negotiations with government bodies to ensure smooth operations and timely approvals/clearances for projects.
Represent the organization at government forums, committees, and industry platforms to advocate for its interests.
Marketing & Communications:
Develop and implement integrated marketing and public relations strategies that promote a positive public image for the organization.
Plan and coordinate promotional events, conferences, and public awareness campaigns.
Coordination & Analysis:
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and aligned objectives.
