Role Overview:

We're looking for dynamic freshers who were actively involved in college fests or on-ground activities and now want to build a career in events and brand activations. This role is a mix of planning, coordination and execution - from managing event logistics to being on-ground during activations at colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing college/brand activations Coordinate with event vendors, college committees and internal teams Manage operational tasks like setup, logistics, inventory and branding materials Support influencer collaborations and on-ground engagement activities Maintain checklists, reports and ensure smooth execution during events Be physically present during events for supervision and last-minute coordination

Who We're Looking For:

Fresher or 0-1 year experience in events / marketing / operations Must have been an active member of college fests or cultural/event committees Strong coordination skills and ability to handle field work Energetic, organized and willing to travel for event setups Good communication and problem-solving attitude
