We're looking for a smart, organized, and creative Marketing & Coordinator to join our team and support our real estate sales, promotions, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market residential/commercial projects through field and digital channels Conduct site visits with clients and provide detailed property information Generate leads through outdoor marketing, networking, and follow-ups Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets Distribute brochures, banners, and promotional materials in designated areas Build and maintain a positive brand image in the local market
Requirements

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may apply) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with outdoor/field work Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
