Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute
digital marketing
campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.
Collaborate with the team to develop
traditional marketing strategies
like flyers, posters, offline activations, etc.
Regularly
visit outlets
to shoot high-quality
reels, photos, and behind-the-scenes content
for Instagram and other platforms.
Work with graphic designers, videographers, and content writers to develop engaging and creative campaigns.
Build and manage
engagement campaigns targeting college students, youth groups, and local communities
.
Identify opportunities for
brand collaborations, influencer marketing
, and events.
Track performance metrics of social media and offline campaigns to measure effectiveness.
Support new store openings, menu launches, and brand activations with marketing plans and execution.
Requirements:
4-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the
food & beverage or hospitality industry
.
Strong understanding of
both digital (social media, reels, content marketing)
and
traditional marketing (print, events, activations)
.
Hands-on experience in
creating content
(especially reels and food photography).
Comfortable
visiting multiple locations/outlets
for content creation and campaign execution.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for food and lifestyle branding.
Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, basic video editing tools, and content trends.
