1. Create content and design promotional material for online and offline channels.
2. Create awareness and increase the reach of our organization and products/services on various offline and online media.
3. Craft and send newsletters, and collate the database.
4. Run marketing campaigns and track ROI
5. Represent our company in workshops and conferences.
6. Sometimes visit special schools to train students and teachers on our books and collect feedback.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's/Diploma in Mass Communication, English literature, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or related field. Freshers can apply. Students pursuing their degrees kindly refrain from applying. This is a full-time role.
2 . Willingness to travel within India (Minimal travel)
3. Proficiency in MS Office and design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Video editing software, etc.
4. Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
5. Experience with marketing campaigns on social media is an advantage
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Good presentation and training skills
8. Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns gives you additional advantage
9. Languages known - English and Hindi
