Job Title: Marketing & Communication Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Communication Executive to manage Sturlite's social media presence, coordinate nationwide marketing inquiries, and support various MarCom initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute daily content and communication across all Sturlite social media platforms. Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all marketing-related queries from PAN India (dealers, distributors, sales teams, agencies, vendors, etc.). Coordinate with internal departments for marketing requirements, approvals, and updates. Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, schemes, product promotions, and events. Support MarCom activities including drafting communications, creatives coordination, and ensuring brand consistency. Collaborate with the design team for creatives, videos, and digital assets as required. Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights for improvement. Ensure timely dissemination of marketing materials to field teams. Maintain documentation of marketing activities, budgets, and communication records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communication roles (FMCG/Consumer Durables/Electrical industry is a plus). Strong understanding of social media management and communication strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva or design tools is a plus.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
