Role Overview



We are looking for

hungry, smart, and growth-oriented junior sales professionals

who want to build a career in

B2B sales and business development

.

This role focuses on

LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, cold outreach, and meeting setup

.

No field sales. No target pressure in the first month.



Key Responsibilities



Identify potential clients on

LinkedIn, email, and online platforms

Send

personalized LinkedIn connection requests & follow-ups

Support

cold email campaigns

(data, follow-ups, coordination) Qualify leads and understand basic client requirements Schedule

introductory calls / demos

for senior team Maintain lead data in

Google Sheets / CRM

Coordinate with marketing & leadership team Learn B2B sales, pitching, and client communication

Who Can Apply



Freshers / Final year students / 0-2 years experience MBA / BBA / Any graduate with interest in sales Good English communication (written + verbal) Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, Google Sheets Willing to work on

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
