Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Intern

Location: Mylapore, Chennai
Duration: 3 - 6 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month and based on the performance we can make it FTE with min 3LPA
Mode: Work from Office

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing and Business Development Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship program. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real business outcomes in the B2B services space.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms Support in lead generation and follow-up activities Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities Coordinate meetings and maintain communication with prospective clients Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials Maintain CRM systems and update business development trackers Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaign initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Out-of-the-box thinking and creative approach to problem-solving Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Basic understanding of sales funnel and business development process Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Business, Marketing, or related fields

Nice to Have

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools Prior internship or project experience in business development, sales, or marketing Knowledge of the IT services or staffing industry
