Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand MiniWini\'s presence in the Delhi NCR region, focusing on fitness centers, aquatic facilities, and travel agencies catering to adventure and group tours. Identify and prioritize top fitness centers, aquatic facilities, and travel agencies in the area for marketing MiniWini products. Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and management personnel at targeted facilities and agencies. Prepare and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique benefits of MiniWini\'s products and explore collaboration opportunities. Collaborate with fitness trainers, aquatic instructors, and travel agencies to introduce MiniWini products to their clientele and explore potential sales opportunities. Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities. Provide regular reports and updates on market insights, sales activities, and progress towards targets to the management team. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present ideas to diverse audiences. Proven track record of sales or business development experience, preferably in the FMCG or personal care industry (prior internship experience will be a plus). Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to travel within the Delhi NCR region as required.
