Role Overview:
As a
Marketing & Business Development Intern
, you will get the opportunity to work on
real-time business growth projects
, helping expand Topper Shiksha's reach to schools, parents, and educational partners. This role will give you hands-on exposure to Edtech marketing, sales strategy, partnerships, and digital outreach.
Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing & Outreach
Assist in executing marketing campaigns to promote Topper Shiksha programs.
Develop creative content for social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing activities.
Conduct market research to identify potential schools, partners, and competitors.
Help organize online/offline promotional activities and events.
2. Business Development
Identify and connect with schools, education institutions, and training partners for collaboration.
Support the sales team in lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and partnership leads.
Participate in meetings, pitches, and partnership discussions with school management.
3. Real-Time Growth Activities
Work on practical business expansion strategies and execution.
Contribute ideas to improve student enrollment and school onboarding.
Assist in designing strategies for increasing brand presence in new regions.
Track and report progress on marketing and growth KPIs.
