Marketing & Business Development Intern - Real Estate
to support our sales and marketing team. The role involves creating real estate marketing content, calling potential property buyers/investors, handling raw lead data, and scheduling site visits and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Content Creation
Create content for real estate listings (property descriptions, captions, brochures)
Assist in social media posts for projects, properties, and site updates
Help in preparing basic marketing creatives and promotional messages
Business Development & Client Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers/investors from provided raw data
Explain property details, pricing, and project highlights
Understand client requirements (budget, location, purpose)
Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper call records
Lead Management & Meeting Scheduling
Organize and update lead data in Excel/CRM
Schedule meetings, site visits, and calls for the sales team
Coordinate between clients and sales managers for smooth follow-ups
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; local language preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Interest in real estate sales, marketing, and client interaction
Confidence in calling and explaining property details
Creative mindset for marketing content
