Key Responsibilities:
Manage business development activities to generate leads and achieve assigned sales revenue targets.
Handle marketing and outreach activities to identify potential customers and generate enquiries through various channels.
Promote and sell Made in India products across both B2B and B2C segments for domestic and selected international markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers across different regions.
Actively generate leads through market research, referrals, digital platforms, and direct customer engagement.
Participate in and manage social media campaigns to connect with potential customers and purchase managers.
Understand and map customer requirements in terms of products, services, and solutions to offer suitable proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
Oversee customer orders end-to-end to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and achievement of revenue targets.
Support market expansion initiatives and contribute to increasing brand presence in targeted markets.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage both B2B and B2C customers
Experience with lead generation, sales coordination, and customer handling
Familiarity with social media platforms for business development
Result-oriented with a proactive approach
Preferred candidate should be an BBA/MBA in Marketing or International business with 6 months to 2 years' of experience.
