Giftlaya is India's growing online gifting and decoration brand, offering premium cakes, flowers, hampers, and event decoration services across multiple cities. We are looking for an experienced

Marketing & Brand Manager

who can strengthen our brand presence, drive growth through innovative marketing campaigns, and build customer trust in Giftlaya as a household name for celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Develop and implement a clear brand identity and communication strategy across all platforms. Ensure consistency of brand voice, design, and messaging in every customer touchpoint.

Marketing Campaigns

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels. Manage SEO, SEM, influencer marketing, and partnerships to drive organic and paid traffic. Track ROI and performance of campaigns, making data-driven decisions.

Content & Social Media

Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, email, and ad creatives. Identify trending ideas and execute creative campaigns to increase customer engagement.

Customer Acquisition & Retention

Build loyalty programs and referral campaigns to improve repeat purchases. Analyze customer behavior and design personalized marketing initiatives.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Keep track of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Innovate with new ideas to keep Giftlaya ahead in the online gifting and event decoration space.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor the marketing team, vendors, and creative agencies. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Skills & Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in eCommerce, lifestyle, or event industries. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand positioning. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Creative mindset with the ability to balance innovation and data-driven decisions.
