Job Description

We are seeking a creative, organized marketer to

own our social media presence, content creation, and overall brand expression

. You will be responsible for producing original photos, videos and graphics, managing social media channels, driving brand collaborations and ensuring consistent brand messaging. This is a full-stack marketing role that focuses on

brand-building, storytelling, and community engagement

. You will lead all creative efforts in-house.

Roles and Responsibilities

Social Media & Advertising

Oversee daily posting and community engagement across platforms. Manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, promotions, and campaigns. Coordinate with external performance marketing agencies on messaging and creative assets.

Content & Design

Conceptualize and produce compelling photos, reels, stories, and videos. Write copy for social media, newsletters, and marketing materials. Create on-brand visuals (emailers, promos, collaterals) with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. Collaborate for larger-scale projects (campaign shoots, motion graphics).

Marketing Collaborations

Identify and engage influencers, brand partners, and collaborators. Plan and execute joint campaigns to expand reach and brand awareness.

Brand Management

Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visuals across all touchpoints. Work with leadership to refine brand and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

2-4 years

of experience in a marketing or brand-building role (startup experience a plus).

Proficiency

in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Photography & Videography

skills, including basic lighting, framing, and editing. Excellent

written communication

skills (captions, marketing copy). Self-starter with the

ability to work independently

under minimal supervision. Bonus: Google and Meta performance marketing experience. Bonus: AI tools experience. Bonus: Interest in cooking and recipes.

Office: Sector 6, Noida

Position: Hybrid (4 days office, 2 days WFH)

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
