Job Description

Crimson World School, Agra is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing & Admission Counselor to support the school's admission and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in driving student enrollments through effective communication, follow-ups, and parent engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Handle admission inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and follow-ups. Guide prospective parents through the admission process with accurate information and timely support. Assist in organizing school tours, admission events, and orientation sessions. Maintain admission data, generate basic MIS reports, and track lead conversions. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for leads and campaign updates. Ensure a positive and supportive parent experience throughout the admission journey. Provide administrative support to the admission team and contribute to achieving enrollment targets.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in school admissions, counseling, or marketing. Internship or prior experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools. Energetic, persuasive, and people-oriented personality.
