Job Title: School Marketing and Administration Manager Job Summary: The School Marketing and Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing marketing and communication efforts, as well as administrative functions within the organisation. This role plays a pivotal role in promoting the Organisation\'s image, managing student enrolment, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: Marketing and Promotion:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the school\'s visibility and reputation.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media accounts, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and leadership to highlight academic achievements and extracurricular activities.
Student Enrollment:
  • \xc2\xb7 Manage the admission process, including application reviews, interviews, and enrollment paperwork.
  • \xc2\xb7 Work closely with admissions staff to attract and retain students, ensuring the school meets enrollment targets.
Communication and Public Relations:
  • \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain effective communication channels with students, parents, staff, and the community.
  • \xc2\xb7 Handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback from parents and stakeholders.
  • \xc2\xb7 Promote positive public relations through media relations and community outreach.
Administrative Management:

Qualifications and Skills:
