Marketing Analytics(ML, Data Scientist)- Banking or Financial Domain-IT Services & Consulting Gurgaon - 3+ experience

Hiring for data scientist for Marketing Analytics Role with 3-10 years of ML experience in Finance and Banking. Proficiency in ML, Logical Regression, Random Forest, Python, and SQL is a must. Responsibilities include leading analytical projects, creating visualizations, project planning, and managing efforts. Competencies needed include hands-on ML model development in Credit Risk and Banking, expertise in predictive modeling, proficiency in tools like Excel, SAS, SQL, and Tableau.

Location: Gurgaon

Your future employer: An American multinational professional service company mainly involved in the operations management and analytics. It offers insurance, banking, financial services, utilities, healthcare, travel, transportation and logistics services

Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on experience developing ML models for Credit Risk, Banking, and Financial Services, including scorecards for Application, Behavior, Fraud, Collection, Income estimation, and Credit Line optimization, with a focus on marketing models.

2. Strong foundation in predictive modeling and credit risk management, utilizing supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms.

3. Design ML solutions aligned with business needs using Random Forest, GBM, XGBoost, CNN, RNN, SVM, and Markov processes.

4. Proficient in Excel, SAS, SQL, and Tableau; knowledge of quantitative and statistical analysis.

5. Extensive Campaign Management experience, from design to tracking, with a test-and-learn approach.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at data handling, understanding, analysis, interpretation, and result articulation.

7. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to articulate problem statements and formulate hypotheses based on domain expertise and data.

Requirements:

Possess 3 to 10 years of expertise in ML models within the Finance and Banking sector.

Proficient in ML, Logical Regression, Random Forest, Python, and SQL.

Develop innovative solutions for intricate business challenges, specializing in predictive modeling and utilizing tools such as Excel, SAS, SQL, and Tableau PPT. (Knowledge of cloud platforms, SAS, and PySpark is advantageous.)

Take ownership of critical aspects in analytical projects.

Construct client-ready visualizations based on analysis and engage in direct communication with clients.

Formulate project plans, secure stakeholder buy-in, and effectively manage project efforts in alignment with the plan.
