data-driven Marketing Analyst

to track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance across digital, offline, and partner channels. This role will work closely with marketing, business, and product teams to turn data into

actionable growth insights

.

Knowledge on Pricing and Package analysis.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Performance Analysis

Track and analyze campaign performance across digital and offline channels Measure ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and funnel performance Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly marketing metrics

Campaign & Channel Analytics

Analyze paid ads (Google, Meta, app installs), social media, influencer, and local campaigns Identify high-performing channels and areas of leakage Optimize budget allocation based on performance data

Customer & Market Insights

Analyze customer behavior, cohorts, and retention patterns Study city-wise, area-wise, and category-wise performance Provide insights on demand trends, seasonality, and user segments

Reporting & Dashboards

Prepare detailed dashboards and reports for leadership Present insights in a clear, business-friendly format Highlight risks, opportunities, and recommendations

Collaboration & Strategy Support

Work with marketing managers to plan experiments and A/B tests Support pricing, promotions, and offer analysis Coordinate with product and tech teams on tracking and attribution

Key Metrics You Will Own

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Conversion Rate & Funnel Drop-offs Retention & Repeat Usage Campaign ROI

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field 1-4 years of experience in

marketing analytics / growth / performance marketing support

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Analytics)

Preferred Skills

Experience in service-based or app-based businesses Strong Knowledge in Mern Stack Development Strong presentation and storytelling skills
