We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst with strong experience in Power BI, dashboard development, database management, and Google Analytics. This role will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic marketing decisions. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and passionate about uncovering trends and opportunities through data.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
Leverage GA4 (Google Analytics 4) to track user behavior, website performance, and conversion metrics.
Extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources including SQL databases and marketing platforms.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to support campaign optimization, customer segmentation, and ROI measurement.
Analyze marketing performance data across channels (digital, paid advertising, email, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities.
Work alongside the GTM team to validate tracking setups for events, conversions, and other interactions across our websites and apps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and ensure consistent tracking and reporting.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Continuously improve data processes and reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role.
Proficiency in Power BI or other dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Hands-on experience with GA4 and a solid understanding of web analytics.
Solid understanding of marketing metrics, analytics methodologies, and testing frameworks.
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, multivariate tests, or other experimental approaches.
Ability to explore and interpret complex datasets to uncover insights.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Knowledge of statistical modeling or predictive analytics.
Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Multi-touch marketing attribution experience is a plus.
