Work closely with the Performance team & Head of Marketing to drive revenue growth through actionable data insights.
Build & own weekly/monthly marketing dashboards.
Develop reports to drive faster decision making across sales channels.
Analyze performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and other platforms.
Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM and other key KPIs; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Use Shopify, GA4 and heatmapping tools to monitor website performance.
Identify patterns in user behavior (bounce rates, scroll depth, page exits) and suggest optimizations.
Work on segmenting customer data based on location, device, or purchase behaviour.
