Global Pacific Support is currently hiring Marketing Agency Sales Representatives on a commission-based structure. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for our marketing agency. Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research. Understand client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions to meet their objectives. Pitch and present our agency's services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring accurate contract and payment processing. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and recurring business. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and marketing best practices. Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry. Achievement-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Sound understanding of marketing concepts and strategies. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based role. Ability to work independently and organize a sales pipeline effectively. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.
