Role Overview

We are looking for a

results-obsessed Marketing & Ads Specialist

to manage and scale paid campaigns for

Indian and international clients

. This is

not a branding-only role

leads, conversions, CPL, ROAS, and growth

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise

paid ad campaigns

across: Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Drive

lead generation

for: IT services SaaS / B2B products International clients (AU / US preferred) Build and optimise

landing-page + ad funnels

Continuously improve

CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS

Perform

A/B testing

on ads, creatives, audiences, and copies Track performance using: Google Analytics / GA4 Google Tag Manager Meta Ads Manager Prepare

weekly performance reports

with clear insights & action items Work closely with sales & leadership to align ads with revenue goals
Must-Have Skills

Hands-on experience running

Google Ads & Meta Ads

Strong understanding of: Lead funnels Conversion tracking Retargeting & lookalike audiences Ability to

own numbers

-- CPL, CAC, ROAS Comfortable working in a

fast-paced agency environment

Clear communication & accountability mindset
Good to Have (Big Plus)

Experience with

international campaigns

Basic understanding of: SEO & landing page optimisation CRM tools / lead pipelines Experience marketing

IT services / digital agencies

Canva / basic creative skills
